Hello,

My name is Dalius. I'm representative of the Olifu brand in Baltic countries. Three years ago I worked in an enterprise, where one of the directions was the introduction and maintenance of accounting systems at various institutions, including schools and kindergartens. I was the project manager. The successful implementation of the project has encouraged me to continue cooperation with children's educational institutions. I decided to offer something that would be really useful and would be interesting for children and would help for teachers. So of course, I started looking for exceptional educational tools. That's how I discovered Olifu. It wasn't easy at the beginning. I can admit that it was even a bit scary. I was very lucky that the distinctive feature of Olifu is the quality, so those educational institutions that purchased Olifu products also recommended Olifu to others. Also, I knew that I could contact Olifu export manager Andreas at any time and get help. And that I'm using to this day.

 

So, all in all, I would like to say that Olifu is associated with the highest quality and full support for me, as a salesperson.

I came across olifu (or Hape Kiga as it was then) at the Nuremberg Toy Fair in 2010. Following this Oliver and, the then export manager, Juergen visited the UK and the rest is history! 

Firstly I would say the unique olifu vision. Having a message that you're offering the customer a different and special service really helps. Secondly, the strong product line is a big advantage. You can give the customer the best service in the world but if the product doesn't match then they're disappointed. So, it's great to be able to offer both.     

There are obvious advantages in having an offering that is unique and different. But there can be downsides, for example, having a unique and different vision compared to your competitors makes trying to use competitor ideas useless! This is where olifu team really help. In an open and honest environment, they share ideas and discuss ways to positively move olifu forward. The olifu understand on a personal and hands on way what you're trying to achieve, which makes their help very constructive.
